Contact Form
Nature and Purpose of Processing:
The data you enter is stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. A valid email address and your name are required for this purpose. This serves to assign the inquiry and subsequently respond to it. Providing additional data is optional.
Legal Basis:
Insofar as your inquiry is aimed at concluding or initiating a contract (e.g. a request for a quotation), processing is carried out for the performance of pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients:
Recipients of the data are the internal departments responsible for processing your inquiry. In addition, the data is transmitted to our email service/mail server for delivery of the message. Where we use service providers (e.g. hosting, email providers), this is done within the framework of data processing agreements.
Storage Period:
Data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the inquiry has been processed.
If a contractual relationship is established, we are subject to statutory retention periods under the German Commercial Code (HGB) and will delete your data after these periods have expired.
Provision Mandatory or Required:
The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, we can only process your request if you provide us with your name, email address and the reason for your inquiry.

To protect our contact form against spam and automated requests, we use "Cloudflare Turnstile", a service provided by Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. By using Turnstile, technical information (e.g. IP address, browser information, device data, interaction data) is processed to verify whether the input is made by a natural person. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in the security of our website and protection against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A transfer of data to the USA cannot be excluded. Cloudflare uses standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. Further information can be found in Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Policy at: https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/
Google Tag Manager
On this website we use Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Tag Manager is used to manage and control website tags (e.g. for web analytics and marketing) via a central interface. The Tag Manager itself does not set cookies and does not collect personal data for analytics or marketing purposes; it merely controls the triggering of other tags, which we only load after your consent via our consent management tool.
When the Tag Manager is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google. This is technically necessary in order to provide the service.
Legal Basis:
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in the efficient and secure management of the website tags used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Third Country Transfer:
It cannot be excluded that data may also be transferred to Google LLC, USA. The transfer takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
Use of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Nature and Purpose of Processing:
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. GA4 enables us to analyze the use of our website and to create reports on website activities in order to improve our web presence.
In particular, the following data may be processed:
- Usage data (e.g. page views, click paths, duration of visit)
- Device/browser information
- Approximate location data (derived)
- Technically necessary online identifiers (e.g. cookie IDs)
We use GA4 only if you have given your consent via our consent management tool. GA4 is only loaded after consent has been granted.
Legal Basis:
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG.
Recipients:
The recipient of the data is Google as processor. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google.
Third Country Transfer:
It cannot be excluded that data may also be transferred to Google LLC, USA. The transfer takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
Storage Period:
We use the retention settings configurable in GA4. Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the stated purposes.
Withdrawal of Consent:
You can withdraw or modify your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings. Without your consent, no cookies are set and no personal data is processed for analytics purposes. After withdrawal, no further data is transmitted to Google Analytics.
SSL Encryption
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
