ChatGPT interface for generating product and category texts directly from the Shopware backend. Enables scalable, structured content production with consistent quality and a significant reduction in manual maintenance effort.

Sage-Connector

Design and implementation of a bidirectional interface based on the Sage b7 web service for synchronizing article master data, customers, orders, prices, and inventories. The integration ensures stable, automated data exchange between ERP and shop and significantly reduces manual processes.

Norbert Woll GmbH

We manage the existing Shopware environment for Norbert Woll GmbH and have successfully implemented the migration from Shopware 5 to Shopware 6. In the course of this, we have specifically expanded the system architecture and integrated central platforms in order to automate processes, consolidate data flows, and create a scalable, future-proof e-commerce structure.

Zendesk-Connector

Design and implementation of an interface between the shop/system landscape and Zendesk. Tickets, customer information, and status changes are transferred synchronously in both directions. This creates consistent communication between support and operational systems without manual double maintenance.

Pimcore-Integration

Integration of Pimcore as the leading system for product and content data, and development of a stable interface to Shopware. Product master data, attributes, media, and structured content are maintained centrally in Pimcore and automatically transferred to the shop. The architecture clearly separates data storage and commerce logic, significantly reducing maintenance efforts.

Sage-Connector

Implementation of a bidirectional Sage interface to Pimcore and the shop. Articles, prices, and inventories are synchronized. The integration ensures consistent data flows between ERP, PIM, and commerce systems.
